I have received two messages from customer care regarding the activation of numbers. I attempted to contact the Airtel customer care and complaint, however was not able to register the complaint.
The details of the messages received are as follows:
Thank you for your interest in Airtel! We have received your request for activation of mobile number [protected] with transaction reference no.(CAF no.) I[protected]. The same will be activated with in 10 minutes.
Thank you for your interest in Airtel! We have received your request for activation of mobile number [protected] with transaction reference no.(CAF no.) A13A1E29WE. The same will be activated with in 10 minutes.
This request was not made by me. I want to lodge a complaint against fake sms and activation of number for which I have not applied. Was this information helpful? |
