[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel wrongly deducting balance from main account | |||
This is Anupam from Kolkata. Today I opted for WhatsApp only pack for Rs. 41 which was deducted from my account. There after my main balance dropped to Rs.148/-, that was fine. I got WhatsApp balance of Rs. 204.55 and main account balance was Rs. 148/- Now I came to know that approx Rs. 5 has been deducted from my main balance due to data usage and the current balance is Main acc - Rs. 143, WhatsApp - Rs. 204.35 Kindly resolve this matter earliest. Already mailed the same to airtel.[protected]@airtel.com but not replies till date. Was this information helpful? | |||
