Airtel — Airtel Xstream Fiber connection not provided and refund status unknown | |||
I opted for Airtel Xstream Fiber connection on 3th Nov with representative named UMESH: [protected]. He visited, took my documents and gave me a payment link but later told me that he will get back. So I did not pay. I called him again but to no avail. I again put a request on Airtel and they again assigned the same guy. He again verified my documents and I paid Rs 3536 advance rental for 3 months on a plan of Rs 999 for Airtel Xstream fiber (200 Mbps) on 10th Nov 2020. I was promised connection on the same day, but the Airtel representative stopped picking up my calls and now I am getting messages from Airtel that my connection is not possible due to feasibility. I am unware of my refund status. I am highly disappointed with Airtel as because if the connection is not feasible why did the representative even send me a payment link. I request you to please refund the amount as soon as possible. We have faith on Airtel services and yet such irresponsible activities are carried out. My connection ID: [protected].
