Airtel — Airtel Xstream Fiber REFUND

Airtel is not giving me a refund of Rs 5307 I paid in advance as fiber fees. I requested refund because the salesman tricked me into paying for this. He later claimed Airtel is not their in my locality and asked for under the table bribe to facilitate the connection. This is extremely pathetic. Please give back my money as its been over 1 week I haven't heard from Airtel regarding this issue. I am fed up and I need my money back.

Airtel still hasnt helped. Here is my complaint id 1-[protected]. It has been 2 weeks since they have taken my money. They have not installed in the internet and the local operator is avoiding all my calls. This is a pure case of fraud and harassment.
