[Resolved] Airtel — Alleged usage of 8gb, broadband connection | |||
Dear sir, I have been using your broad band services for over 11 years and suddenly i get a message that I have used 8 GB, where as the house was locked for over a month.. After much communication, Mr.Sarahth Misra cofirmed a back end server problem and promised to replenish the 8 GB. Next minute we get the intimation that we have consumed6.5 GB.I get auoto generated replies to my tweets, only the names keep changing.I have enough evidence that the usage of some other consumer is being billed to me.I am fed up. Promises of visit of officials, but no body comes Every month the 8GB gets used up in 2 days.We have no speed.We doneot down load any thing.If you can do some thing please do This happening from May 0f 2016. broad Band no-[protected].M-[protected], [protected].
