I am vijayakumar Managing director of ttc soft solution. Our company is running in Dubai.
I will try to explain you my problem and hope an action will be taken on it.The issue,
We used CUG post paid 5 sim cards in AirTel. my self one sim, then other sims are used by my company staffs.
The numbers are below
1.+91-[protected](My no)
2.+91-[protected]
3.+91-[protected]
4.+91-[protected]
5.+91-[protected]
Per month minimum bill we paid 5000 around.
My problems is,
Often my sim card is not working. Because sim card shows message " No services available". Every time I was registered complaint to AirTel. They told, "your Sim card not working. so please change the SIM card. you will get new sim card from our nearest branch". like that every time told. Already up to 4 times i was changed my SIM card.last 2 months before only AirTel office new branch open in our area. that before we traveled 69 KM to get new sim card.
I asked to customer care, why this problem occurred. they told your device is not supported or u had changed or removed often your sim card from your mobile phone like that they told. But i am not remove sim from my phone.Suppose Sim card removed means, that time signal cut for my sim. so please check my sim availability details during that time.
First time i used samsung S2. Next time Samsung Note4. This time i am using Apple IPhone 7S +. Every phone i used single sim only. My office staffs also same devices. But they are not faced this type of problem. My sim card only got this problem. Last time i asked conformation mail regarding next time this type of problem not occurred. But they didn't sent any mail.
Currently i am in Dubai. For this sim problem, Now i came to India now. Because our company bank transactions, my personal bank transactions and my all clients i give my this phone number.I can't able to transact in bank. Because OTP received to this phone number. every 5 or 6 months once this problem occurred to my SIM. This time also we registered complaint to Airtel. They people told after 24 hours our person contact you. We follow from last 10 days. But nobody contacted. For this sim problem i spend near 20000 to came to India from Dubai. My time waste and money also waste.
So please give me any permanent solution for this problem.
Note: till i am not paid September - 2017 Bill.
