Airtel — Amazon prime not visible

Hai sir,
I recently recharged my number [protected] with the ₹1199 pack, which I believe is eligible for Amazon Prime benefits. However, I'm unable to view the benefits on the Thanks app claim portal.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue and updating my account to reflect the Amazon Prime benefits?
