Airtel — amount debited and not refund

My mobile number is [protected], i have made 2 transactions of RS 179, below are the transaction id's[protected] and[protected], both transactions were failed money was deducted from my bank account and received failed transaction message from Airtel that money will be refunded in 7 working days, but i have not received my money.
