Airtel — amount debited but not credited in my wallet on not refunded.

Address:A-506 padmavati residency,shilaj ., Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 380059

I have transfered amonut from bank to my airtel vollet.on 18th aug.2019 but till todate itis not credited in my airtel volet ac.as well as it is not refunded back to me.
as well as i am not geting any response from the company cc.
