Airtel — Amount Debited but Recharge Not done and amount not refund

Hello,

My name is Anuj my mobile number is [protected]. I have recharged a 191 of data pack to this number [protected] on 23 May 2021 from airtel thanks app mode of payment debit card. I got the message that the amount is debited from my account and your recharge is confirm within 4 hours after that I didn't receive any confirmation or any failure message. I complain to airtel mail id they are saying there is no recharge found on this number [protected] I mailed so many times to call customer care they said contact your bank. I called my bank they said they required failed transaction message or mail from airtel because they have successfully done the transaction. I have attached both the screenshot below in which one message is for amount debited and one is from airtel. Request you to please help me to get my amount back or suggest me the right way.
