Airtel — amount debited for recharge but recharge is pending

Hi team,

This is to raise a complaint that recharge amount of rs.129 for [protected] was done on 28th sep 2019. But the recharge status is shown as pending and amount is debited from the account. Please check and get back the transaction as soon as possible.

Kindly, look into the attachment on payment status.
