Airtel — Amount debited from bank, but recharge not carried out in mobile number [protected]

1. I have made online recharge for Rs.125/- for mobile No. [protected] and amount of Rs. 125/- also debited into my account vide Transaction No.[protected] and transferred to Bharti Airtel vide Reference Number [protected]GX7504841 on 05 Aug 2014. But recharge not processed till time and date.

2. Please credit the amount for recharge in the mobile No. [protected] immediately.

Updated by MAGESVARAN My complaint has not yet been resolved. Either Airtel compay not recharged for Rs. 125/- in the mobile No.[protected] and not credit my amount into my account No.[protected], SBI Rajapalayam Branch, Rajapalayam.

Kindly credit my debited amount into Bharti Airtel company or recharge the amount Rs.125/- in the mobile No. [protected].

The complaint takes more than 10 days to resolve the problem by Airtel company.,
