Airtel — Amount debited from Debit card but Recharge not done

Amount debited from Debit card for Data Recharge (via Airtel mobile app) but Recharge failed, unable to raise complaint ticket for transaction using Airtel mobile application.

Airtel Team response is not only pathetic but they try to avoid resolving the issue by beating around the bush and hope the customer forget about it? First, it is really hard to connect to any customer care via 121. Secondly there is no straight-forward procedure for registering complaint. The Airtel thanks app doesn't allow me to go back to previous transactions to raise a ticket for the unresolved issue, it gets stuck at the most recent. Which was why I had to write an e-mail to (121) airtel team.
