Airtel — amount debited from my balance and the internet is not activated. | |
Airtel gives me free 10 gb for 10 days and the pack is activated. I browsed internet and the amount is deducted from my main balance when my net pack is activated. I call complaint care of airtel but they provide me a silly reason for amount deduction "there is a tower problem in your area" that why your amount is debited but i asked to refund my amount, they refused to do. Until now the 10 gb pack is activated but not browsed by me. I called many times to airtel care and i asked them "why i not able to browse when my pack is activated". They provided different answers for me. One of customer excutive tell me there a setting problem in your phone (Already i used net pack in this setting) and another said this pack is only for 3 g mobile users (In activation message they notified me the pack is only 4g users and i also 4g users). Finally the amount is debited from my main balance for silly reason and the net pack is activated but i not able to browse until now. There is no solutions for me from airtel sides.
