Airtel — amount debited from my bank account but not credited in my airtel wallet account.and now they are not refunding the same.

I initiated a transaction of rs 448 towards add money into my airtel payment bank wallet on 14 jun 2018 but the amount was debited from my bank account and not credited in my airtel wallet. And now they are not doing anything towards refunding my amount into bank.
