[Resolved] Airtel — amount debited, recharge unsuccessful | |
Dear sir, I tried to recharge my airtel number through myairtel app on 26th september 2019, 9.20 am for rs 399 but the recharge was unsuccessful but the amount was debited. Immediately i called customer care, they said to wait for another 1 hour but till the recharge is unsuccessful only and the amount was not returned to my account. I trusted myairtel app and i used it but it caused me this problem. The amount rs 399 is so emergency for me, please return the money back to my bank account. How long should i wait for the refund of the amount if the waiting time is more than 24 hours then suggest me other genuine recharging process other than myairtel so that i will not get into trouble in future.
