Airtel — amount deducted from bank but recharge not available on that phone.

Sir/ma'am,

I used the airtel app (No.[protected]) to recharge a jio number i. E. [protected] with the work from home plan of rs 251.
Airtel app shows payment successful but on the jio number i haven't received any message, i also checked in the jio app but nothing's there it shows you don't have any plan.
Please do something.
