[Resolved] Airtel — Amount deducted from my account without giving me proper explanation refuse to return | |||
Sir, I want to inform you that my airtel customer id is-[protected] my registered mobile no- [protected], i have problem in my dth regarding b-001 error, i complained this at costomer care executive name rahul thakur . He deducted my balance without my permission and information of 99 rs and when contact again then misbehaving and did not give satisfy answer returning balance. sir this misbehaving and waiting me for 1 hour at mobile phone regarding complaine by my phone charge 50 rs deducted, is very shameful and sadful that a old customer of airt dth . Provide me my money back in my account untill i will disconnect my connection and go for a legal and media solution.
