[Resolved] Airtel — Amount deducted from the account but recharge not done

On 8.7.2017 i attempted recharge of rs 104 from my mobile banking for data recharge. The amount was deducted from the bank but recharge failed. Immediately i attempted the second time. Again the same. Rs 104 were deducted again but recharge failed. Now airtel owesrs 208 torefund to me. Plz look into. It. The transection details of the bank are given below

Please reactivate my airtel number [protected]. There are some balance n validity is lifetime. I am abroad so cant visit your store. Please sortout. It was not in use for last 2 years.
