Airtel — Amount deducted still says not recharged

Yesterday, I have recharged my airtel sim ([protected]) number for 455 rupees through credit card. The amount has been debited still it says plan validity expired. I can't able to make outgoing calls. Also, there is no proper help line number to speak with customer care executive.
