Airtel — Amount deducted without recharge done

I initiated a recharge for rupees 2498, using 10 rupees from my Airtel wallet and the rest from my bank account. The amount got deducted and is showing as a statement in the bank passbook too, but the recharge and transaction details for the same is not on Airtel app. Neither has any text message arrived about either the success or the failure of this very transaction. I'd really appreciate if you can help me get my amount refunded as it's a big sum of money.
