[Resolved] Airtel — Amount of Rs. 249 deducted for the option which i dont want | |||
Respected sir, I have done recharge on 03.08.16 evening at 6.18 PM from my mobile number main account for the Airtel 3G service via their Airtel portal. The option showed for 1Gand 30 days validity. But after deduction of amount the scheme given to me is rate cutter that too for 3 days validity. I have contacted customer care and made complaint but the response from them was ithat I have done wrong and they don't have such offer. Who gave the permission to have rate cutter offer 3 days that too for 3 days for the big amount of Rs. 249/- They are looting public money like this. Customer care is so poor and care less. They don't worry about launching complaint in TRAI ALSO. SO kindly take appropriate action against aiirte and help me to get my pmt. Sir everyday they loot my money at least 5 to 10 rupees by way of connectiwg cross calls and silent calls. Pls pls take severe action against Airtel for giving advertisements to induce people by the false offers. Kindly do me the needful. Regards. Martin Rex. Mobile no.
