[Resolved] Airtel — amount of rs 3000 not refunded | |||||
On 9th jan, airtel sales guy visited my place and told me about new airtel broadband plans. I paid rs3000 for airtel broadband connection. The sales person told me that he would get internal wiring done for the connection. The installation guy later told that internal wiring is not possible and would have to use external wiring throughout the house. I could not get the external wiring done as my landlord did not allow me to. I was upset with the false commitments made by the sales guy and told him that i do not want the connection in this case, please refund my amount. Since then, there is no response from airtel on cancellation of my connection and refunding the amount. I tried calling the customer care on multiple occasions but they did not help.
