Airtel — amount paid but not recharge not done | |||
I have recharged my mobile [protected] by paying rs 499/- by credit card through my airtel app on 3rd june, 2018. The txn id is[protected]. Today is 4th june, 2018 but the recharge is still not active. I have called airtel and they convyed to me that they do not find any transaction or recharge attempt for [protected]. This means that Airtel received the money but did not provide the intended service.
When contacted, your local Airtel Manager Mr. Dheeraj, Manager, Airtel Office, Vikram Square, near Footi Kothi, , Footi Kothi Rd, Gumasta Nagar, Scheme 71, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452009 didn't pay any attention. This is the reason for which I had to write this complaint. Your staff and officers must be customer oriented in this fierce age of competition.
Please either refund the money to my credit card or add balance of Rs. 499 to my mobile number [protected].
