Airtel — amount paid online but not credited in prepaid mobile

Dear sir
I paid prepaid recharge for rs 200 & again rs 98, which was not credited in my phone but amount has been debited.
Kindly look into the matter seriously otherwise i will be forced to take legal help.
Transaction copies are attached for referance.
I have already complained against first transaction but no any response till date
