Airtel — Amount Taken but connection not installed | |
Reference Airtel Xstream Fibre Application No: [protected] I purchased a new connection on 26th June, and was told to get it installed in 2 hrs. Due to the Airtel commitment I discontinued my existing internet connection. Since then I have been following up continuously however the connection has not been installed until now. Everyone a new person calls me and says we are coming in shortly and then doesn't turn up or say there is a network issue. Now I have been told that the connection can't be installed. I have already paid Rs 2828 as advance rental and wasted a lot of time, it has impacted my job work too. Being an existing long time customer i don't expect this from Airtel. Had i been communicated clearly on day one i could have retained my existing internet connection. Could you please refund my paid amount as I have to get a new connection urgently.
