Airtel — Amount wrongly deducted | |||
Sir/Madam My Airtel prepaid no. [protected] is being debited inappropriately. I have been subscribed to ALERT pack & LAILA pack although I didn't subscribe. I talked to the customer care representatives but they are least helpful. I tried to explain to them that neither I use internet by that SIM & neither had I subscribed to any of the services, they didn't believe me. One of them said, "All that I don't know." And one of them said, "We don't use your mobile." Also, data is being used from my mobile although I didn't use it. When checking for the last 5 debits, this is what I got: Last 5 Debits: 1. VAS, ALERT PACK-Rs.20.00,[protected]:20 2. VAS, ALERT PACK-Rs.5.00,[protected]:19 3. VAS, LAILA-Rs.15.00,[protected]:17 4. Data, 885.61 KB-Rs.8.80,[protected]:53 5. Data, 4.06 KB-Rs. 0.10,[protected]:23 Last 5 VAS 1. VAS, ALERT PACK-Rs.20.00,[protected]:20 2. VAS, ALERT PACK-Rs.5.00,[protected]:19 3. VAS, LAILA-Rs.15.00,[protected]:17 4. VAS, TLR10N2i02a[protected]-Rs.5.00,[protected]:12 5. VAS, TLR10N2i01a[protected]-Rs. 7.50,[protected]:00 Last 5 Data 1. Data, 8.06 KB, Rs. 0.[protected]:31 2. Data, 1.38 KB, Rs. 0.[protected]:28 3. Data, 109.37 KB, Rs. 0.[protected]:20 4. Data, 121.76 KB, Rs. 0.[protected]:20 5. Data, 885.61 KB, Rs. 8.[protected]:53 I didn’t subscribe & confirm to any of the above services. Also, I didn’t use data. It is very much possible that I am just noticing this now & this must have been going on since long. I want my money refunded. I know I didn’t subscribe to these services or use data because I get these messages from nowhere. The mobile would be lying in front of my eyes and suddenly, I would get such texts.
