Airtel — asking amount for aadhaar link with mobile no.

I went to link my aadhaar today 30.11.17 to airtel store, 18a lakshmi vilas street, kumbakonam 612001.

They asked me rs.10 for the service. I asked that why this amount? They replied, it is for airtel bank account opening. I refused to open a/c because my sister is using this number. Even though they get rs.10 from me. Why should we pay amount to link aadhaar in an airtel store?

I want to register a complaint & i need refund through recharge for the mobile no. [protected]
