Airtel — at airtel.com transaction failed but amount got deducted from account during recharge

I am subhendu pal husbend of dipanita pal who is owner of the number ([protected]). Today around 12:06 and 12:47 i have twice tried to recharge airtel ir pack of 1499 for country of malayasia from your official site https://www.airtel.in/ , both the time at end it shows transaction failed although both the time rs 1499 deducted from my account. Following are details of two transaction. 1st time i have used google pay (Upi transaction)
And second time i used my icici bank debit card ending with the number 7819, here are transaction reference

I have attache google pay reference receipt for my first payment
Please refund my 1499+1499=2998 rs as soon as possible.
