Airtel — At&t Bridge access code: 000117 is not working

At&t Bridge access code which is 000117 for India is not working for my Airtel Prepaid number. Currently I'm in Bihar & Jharkhand circle.
Number doesn't exist is the reply upon dialling the number, but this is the number provided by At&t. For reference: https://www.business.att.com/collateral/access.html?i

I've tried various combinations like 000117, +91000117, +91000117 + toll-free-number, etc but none of them have worked.
