Airtel — auto activation of masti pack on airtel

On 20 april 18 night at 00:41 hrs i received a message stating that i have been charged rs 49/- for choosing masti pack, which i never chose. This is not expected from airtel. Plz reimburse my balance of rs 49/ immediately. Airtel why you yourself want to loose your customers??? Is jio not doing enough??? Earlier it was bsnl and now airtel has started doing this. Plz stop it...
