Airtel — auto deduction of rs 23 from main balance | |||
Airtel deducting rs 23 from main balance without my concurrence. Under what trai regulations they starting this mechanism to eat our money from balance? It is arbitrary & without any concurrence. What is trai doing to protect consumers right? Secondly, why i waste my time to listen crap of their customer cares to understand ridiculous method they r employing to misappropriate our balance. My airtel number also got deducted 23 rs once outgoing due is over. I had 15 days incoming validity . Airtel forcefully deducted 23 rs from balance before utilising incoming facility . Either remove incoming validity if you like to deduct 23 from user on end of outgoing validity, also get confirmation from users before deducting amount . As per trai airtel should provide 15 days incoming facility. I suppose to recharge some other pack, by that time airtel deducted amount. I came to know that airtel is deducting 23 rs from all users by sending sms it got deducted. Refund the amount to all users please.
