[Resolved] Airtel — Auto renewal | |
I have deactivated auto-renewal of 2G internet pack of 175 but this is the 3rd time i have been charged or the same. i already have availed 3G/4G internet pack. i have already complaint 2 times and thy used to say we have cancelled the auto renewal process. i am sure started hating the customer service and i will look forward to complaint higher authority if this issue not resolved and the i should be refunded the balance. mob-[protected] Chennai Was this information helpful? | |
