Airtel — auto renewal of international roaming pack

Airtel is taking its customers for a ride. I had subscribed to airtel ir 10 pack to usa. I got a message when it was activated but nowhere in the message it was mentioned that it will be reactivated after ten days automatically. They send no message warning of reactivation. I cam back to india after 12 days, and to my horror i find that i have been charged twice for the pack. It was auto renewed without any consent or any warning. This is pure mis-selling. It is unscrupulous and unbecoming. I have filed a complaint ref no.[protected]. They send all kinds of sms, but such ones are deliberately held back. Even when buying the pack, nowhere was it mentioned that it will be auto-renewed on the website. A terrible company. I think i will change my service provider. Can't subscribe to unscrupulous people.
