Airtel — auto renewal subscription not getting unsubscribed | |||
My Airtel mobile number was subscribed for 150 MB monthly plan for ₹ 29/- when it was subscribed for the first time. When It was understood that it was the auto renewal plan, I had contacted the customer care executive to stop the plan. He gave me a USSD code for deactivating the service. I had received the SMS regarding unsubscribed from this service. But the next month I saw deduction from my balance for the same plan. This is being continued for near about a year. I have downloaded Airtel mobile app also. In the help/support portal they have not given this option of deactivating auto-renewal plan neither they have given their customer service phone numbers and I am not able to contact them on phone numbers either way because their support portal just don't have provided the system that the customer can talk with them easily. I am not using the data plan as I have jio subscription with me.But every month Airtel is deducting money from my balance. So they must stop my auto renewal data plan . As well they must credit the amount to my balance as they have deducted the money illegally even though I had contacted them for the same and assured me about unsubscribed from he service.
