Airtel — automatic balance deduction for activation of plan

Validity of my airtel number was expiring on 16-dec and i forgot to recharge, so is it any compulsion to recharge with rs23. How can u activate any plan which customer don't need without any confirmation from the customer. When customer has the choice to choose any plan then how can u make a particular plan compulsory for the customer.

Your customer care executives are misbehaving all the way just to prove that they are right and customer is wrong. They don't have the right to answer in yes or no 😂 (Wordings of your customer care executives and senior)
