Airtel — Bad Behaviour of the service provider | |||
Hi, Myself Joy Jain, i had called on the 12144 number to get my problem solved but the the service providers person who was on the other side on the call whose name is Mr. Rahul Narute spoke to me in a very bad language and he was very arrogant while speaking. i told him this is not the way to speak to the customer he still continued the same, when i told him ill complain to your senior about this he immediately transferred the call to Kisan Yadav.. that means he was not at all scared of the seniors nor he was scared to get kicked off from the job. This the attitude of the service provider person. i would likean immediate response to it Was this information helpful? | |||
