[Resolved]  Airtel — Bad conduct and improper behaviour by customer care executive: threatening to port the number

I have applied for number porting with Airtel. The executive called me around 10 times in a span of 30 minutes. Since I was in metro, I couldnt receive the call. Later on when I received the call, he shouted at me for not receiving the call. As a response to his misbehaviour, I told him I dont want to get my number ported to a company where customers are ill-treated, he threatned me saying" you can do whatever you want, I will also see to it that your number gets ported, you may do whatever you want". After that i got call from another executive from airtel and I told him my issue, even he didnt respond to it. I got call from these numbers :[protected],[protected], [protected].

Dear Sir.

I have an Airtel No.[protected] which I used since last 07 years. Last used this number on June 2016. I tried inserting the sim recently and found that it is not working. I am sure there is a balance of Rs. 100 in it and validity was lifetime. pls check and activate my sim card.
