[Resolved] Airtel — Bad conduct and improper behaviour by customer care executive: threatening to port the number | |
I have applied for number porting with Airtel. The executive called me around 10 times in a span of 30 minutes. Since I was in metro, I couldnt receive the call. Later on when I received the call, he shouted at me for not receiving the call. As a response to his misbehaviour, I told him I dont want to get my number ported to a company where customers are ill-treated, he threatned me saying" you can do whatever you want, I will also see to it that your number gets ported, you may do whatever you want". After that i got call from another executive from airtel and I told him my issue, even he didnt respond to it. I got call from these numbers :[protected],[protected], [protected].
