Airtel — bad experience - not activated till now for international roaming

Dear sir/madam,

I have recharged for my airtel number for rs.2, 999/- on 19/08/2018 for international roaming packages for uae country.

Mobile number - [protected].

And i was followed up for this activation, but i have not received any response. I am spending around rs.10000 because of this issue.
I need this to be actvated urgently without any delay.

It is very disappointed with the company.
