Airtel — bad internet connectivity | |||
My mobile number is [protected] and i have always been a loyal customer of airtel. I have an existing data plan. But unfortunately, it's been almost a week that my internet connectivity fluctuated and i can't even use the internet when i needed it most. The network icon on my phone is showing full signal and phone calls are fine but the issue is with the internet connectivity. I can't imagine having an internet connectivity, that too 4g, which can't even load a facebook page. I've been tolerating for the past few days and the same problem have been faced by many. If the same problem persists, you will lose many loyal customers including me. If there is no positive response within 1/2 days, i will take up the matter legally and port my number to another service provider and also take it up as a social media campaign against your company. I'm not threatening anybody here, but consider this letter as a heartfelt disappointment of a loyal customer and let the problem be resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
