Airtel — bad network after sim change from 3g, to 4g bad customer service

. Bad network: i recently changed by sim from 3g to 4g, later on while making call my network is getting lost and upon dis-connecting call i am getting full network. This is happening to almost every call, which is most frustrating because important call and emergencies are suffering.
2. Bad customer service:
2. A. While making a call to 121 or 198, there is no idr menu to lodge complaint about service.
2b. Upon calling to 121 or 198 i am selecting option 1 for mobile services in that idr response is press 1 to know balance and press 2 to next menu, but even after pressing 2 it telling my balance and dis-connecting call, its so irritating.
