This is the worst service i've ever experienced!
The network of this useless company starting giving me problems from more than a year ago. This only happens in the house, not under the building, not any other floors, nor the terrace. This happened when suddenly the signal strength was almost nill but was showing full. Slowly this started expanding to call drops, unclear voice, and also data. I've complained many times, and it was getting looked upon and got fixed, but for a week. This time has slowly reduced to two days max.
The latest complaint (Complaint number[protected] was registered on 8th march, 2018 (I do have evidence) which said 'out network team will work you within 4 days' (Evidence available) got registered on 10th march, 2018 which has improved by 12th, but since yesterday, 14th march, 2018, we again started experiencing the same problems. Today when i called the complaint number 198 and the customer care number 121, both were saying the exact same thing which is weird, as one says it is just for complaints. Anyways, both of them were saying that the registered compliant numbers' issue is still not completed, and i am not even able to contact them to know the progress nor to communicate any issue regarding this.
I am tired of this as i cannot repeat the same process again and again. This platform is the last hope i have of them. Fix this issue properly or lose more customers. Was this information helpful? |
