Airtel — bad network quality | |||
I am an airtel postpaid user i have filed a complaint at airtel customer support for massive call drop at my residence locality on date 23.07.2017 with reference number 78023417 and again i complained about same on 05.08.2017 with reference number 78408382. Both the complaints are at hold till now even after two months no improvement in network quality has been observed. Network is so worse that i am not able to talk properly to any other mobile network at my home location for even a 30 seconds. Please to something about it since operator is not in any mood of improving their network quality. Was this information helpful? | |||
