Airtel — bad service , bad response and false promises

I got a call from airtel saying that a port is open and will get the connection in 3days. I submitted the documents in the first week of feb and i had been following it u with customer care, back end team and also complaints. None of them responded and everyone had given the false promises regarding the installation. Because of the bad response i opted for reversal of my money and neither they are doing that.

Every time when I call their response is their Network is down or some how disconnect the call while talking
