[Resolved] Airtel — Bad service | |||
I recently converted my Airtel connection from post to pre. today the Post connection was disconnected the inserted pre sim that also is not activated. I immediately called the customer care no one knows correctly for more than hr they were transferring calls to different ppl some say post is disconnected some say its active still.than they transferred to pre I was shocked they say no data. At least I was happy there a gentleman explained correctly its still not activated. now I don't know whom to ask. I stay in JP Nagar, I submitted Doc in HSR layout, as next day Sunday outlet is closed. now who is responsible for my loss for all my important calls.this is really very bad as iam with Airtel for more than 15 yrs, earlier the service was good now its really very very bad. Even ppl in outlet also have no proper response. Was this information helpful? | |||
