Shop No 1, Shivam Complex, Near Fotofast, Pune - Solapur Rd, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra 411028 Staff are very bad to respond the customer. They are always busy with their personal mobile to whatching youtube and other TV programs. Fix reason for anything - server not responding properly i can't solve your query. I have recharged with 449 plan on 14th oct 2019 amount debited but not recharged through mobile banking as my plan got expired i have recharged with 23 rupees.After that my 449 plan have not activated
My old Sim is deactivated and new sim is not activated . 3 days completed.

In my locality the speed of internet is very low
And when i used to speak customer care or in airtel's office
They use to say the speed is good in your area
Sometimes speed is this much low that i am not even able to watch videos at 240p
Kindly plz look into this matter
Other i have to change the sim
