Airtel — Balance data is not carried forward | |||
Hi Airtel Team, I had a data balance of around 750MB for my airtel no [protected] till 19th August. 19th August was the last date of the data pack validity. I tried online recharge for the data pack on 18th August and it failed. Today I tried the recharge ( after validity period) then the recharge was successful. But I did not get the balance 750mb carried forward. I have tried to recharge before due date and it failed. So I request Airtel to please carry forward the data of around 750MB (which is huge) .
