These are the services activated automatically without prior consent:
1 : connecttheclock on[protected]
2 : lifestyle on[protected]
I have sent the deactivation texts to the number 155223 and, also called customer service representative, but he told me that it is not possible to refund the amount deducted under "lifestyle" service.
And he only did refund for the amount deducted under the service"connecttheclock".
I want these automatic services be "permanently" stopped. Also i request refund of the deducted amount under "lifestyle" service.
More over the other data services like, rs19-unltd loc std roam, 100sms/day, 200mb_2day are also getting renewal without any prior notice and are deducting the amount from my balance. Was this information helpful? |
