Airtel — balance deduction for unnecessary service

They have deducted my rupess 35 for unnecessary service called short film. I had never activated the service, this is not the first they they always does this whenever i recharge above rupess 50. It is a bit sad because iam their users from long time still they are doing this. Their customer service also has a worst experience from past one year. Please look into this matter kindly.

Updated by Rahul Ranjabhooshan This is second time they deducting balance for services whoch i had never activated. Yesterday i registered a complain by 9 pm now at morning by 4.00 am another message for deduction of balance. Deduction process continuous in 24 hrs. I have recharge yetetday for rupess 90 and due to rupees 35 deduction twice my balance has gone too low. What are they doing? Trying to make balance low so we will do another recharge. No customer service available for us..

I've done online recharge but no messages was received but the recharge amount was deducted from my account...pls notice this complaint nd make necessary actions
