Airtel — balance deduction - fraud | |||
My mobile balance has been unreasonably deducted by AIRTEL. I have recently activated 349 plan which has unlimited calls and 1 GB data available for 28 days. I was told my main balance around 79 INR will not be deducted but this is not the case. They have deducted my balance and my number has zero balance now. I have also submitted my compliant on airtel but they have not responded. Accept below email received 09th August 2017 Dear Customer ! Thank you for writing to us.
